Privacy Policy — NCLS Patient Monitor

NCLS Patient Monitor (“the App”) is developed and provided by
Code Blue Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”).

■ Information we collect
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal
information. We do not use analytics, advertising identifiers,
or tracking of any kind.

■ Data stored on your device
Settings such as the selected language, room code, and purchase
status are saved locally on your device. This data never leaves
your device and is deleted when you delete the App.

■ Communication between devices
When an iPad and an iPhone are linked, they communicate directly
with each other using Apple’s Multipeer Connectivity framework.
Only simulation data (rhythms, vital sign values and device
states) is exchanged. No personal information is transmitted,
and no data is sent to our servers or to any third party.

■ Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive or
store your payment information. Please refer to Apple’s Privacy
Policy for details.

■ Children
The App is intended for healthcare professionals and students.
It does not knowingly collect information from children.

■ Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be
posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
