プライバシーポリシー — NCLS モニター

NCLS モニター（Code Blue Monitor、以下「本アプリ」）は、株式会社コードブルー（以下「当社」）が開発・提供しています。本ポリシーは NCLS モニター Pro にも適用されます。
■ 収集する情報
本アプリは、個人情報を収集・保存・送信しません。アクセス解析、広告識別子、その他の追跡は一切行いません。
■ 端末に保存されるデータ
言語、ルームコード、単位系、画面の配色、患者の設定、追加した画像、購入・サブスクリプションの状態などの設定は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。これらのデータが当社に送信されることはなく、本アプリを削除すると消去されます。
■ 端末間の通信
iPad と iPhone を接続すると、Apple の Multipeer Connectivity を使って端末同士が直接通信します。やり取りするのはシミュレーションのデータ（リズム、バイタルの数値、装置の状態）のみです。個人情報は送信されず、当社のサーバーや第三者にデータが送られることはありません。
■ デブリーフィング記録
デブリーフィング記録（バイタルの推移とイベントログ）は、お使いの端末上で作成されます。共有されるのは、利用者が iOS の共有機能（AirDrop、メール、ファイルなど）で共有を選んだ場合のみです。
■ 購入とサブスクリプション
アプリ内課金とサブスクリプションは Apple が処理します。当社が支払い情報を受け取ったり保存したりすることはありません。サブスクリプションは解約するまで自動で更新され、端末の「設定」からいつでも確認・解約できます。詳しくは Apple のプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
■ お子さまについて
本アプリは医療従事者と学生を対象としています。お子さまの情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
■ 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定することがあります。改定した場合は、このページで「最終更新日」を改めてお知らせします。

Code Blue Monitor (“the App”) is developed and provided by Code Blue Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”). This policy also applies to Code Blue Monitor Pro and NCLS Monitor.
■ Information we collect
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. We do not use analytics, advertising identifiers, or tracking of any kind.
■ Data stored on your device
Settings such as the selected language, room code, units, appearance, patient settings, images you add, and your purchase or subscription status are saved locally on your device. This data is not sent to us, and it is deleted when you delete the App.
■ Communication between devices
When an iPad and an iPhone are linked, they communicate directly with each other using Apple’s Multipeer Connectivity framework. Only simulation data (rhythms, vital sign values and device states) is exchanged. No personal information is transmitted, and no data is sent to our servers or to any third party.
■ Debriefing records
Debriefing records (vital sign trends and event logs) are created on your device. They are shared only when you choose to do so, using the iOS share sheet (for example AirDrop, Mail or Files).
■ Purchases and subscriptions
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and can be managed or cancelled at any time in your device’s Settings. Please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy for details.
■ Children
The App is intended for healthcare professionals and students. It does not knowingly collect information from children.
■ Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
